Our design and quality control operations are based in Shenzhen, China, with regional warehouses in North America to support fast, reliable local shipping.

Cindy founded TOPLLY in 2021. Based in China, she leads the company's day-to-day operations, including sourcing, supplier quality control, and logistics — working directly with manufacturing partners to ensure every product meets TOPLLY's quality standards before it ships.

Harry Go — Canada & U.S. Market Operations
Harry oversees market development and warehouse operations for Canada and the U.S., along with after-sales customer service.

Carolyn — Marketing & Online Marketing
Carolyn manages product marketing and Online Marketing for the Canadian and U.S. markets.

Lloyd — Warehouse & Installation Support
Lloyd handles warehouse operations, delivery, returns processing, and faucet installation support for customers in Canada and the U.S.
